Mrs. Roberts' final place of rest is located at Garden of Devotion II, M-8, Space 1. Beverly Jane Roberts, age 68, of Alto, Georgia went to be with The Lord on Saturday, January 13, 2018 following a sudden illness. Mrs. Roberts was born on January 5, 1950 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Howard and Jessie Hood. She was a member of Higher Ground Baptist Church. Beverly was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Roberts, of Alto; daughter, Wendee Lewallen, of Baldwin; sister, Pat Richards, of Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Aaron Lewallen, Katee Lewallen, Josh Lewallen, Amanda Wilson, Tiffany Jaworski; great-grandchildren, Mackenzee Lewallen, Chloee Davis, Lacey Lewallen, Paislee Wilson, Kaylee Wilson, and Braxton Jaworski. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Rev. James Morgan and Rev. Greg Pruitt officiating. Interment will follow in the Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 15, 2018 at the funeral home.
