Bobby Frank Turk

Mr. Turk's final place of rest is at Sunset Hill I, I-2, Space 2. Bobby Frank Turk, age 82, of Mt. Airy, Georgia went to his Heavenly Home on Saturday, July 15, 2023. Mr. Turk was born on December 16, 1940 in Habersham County, Georgia to the late Frank and Odell Turk. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jean Taylor Turk; sons, Brad Turk, Bryan Turk. Mr. Turk was a Chicken Farmer with Fieldale Farms for over 40 years. Bobby was a member of the Cornelia United Methodist Church. He had been a Mason for many years. Bobby enjoyed going to several area auctions. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Survivors include his grandchildren, Tristan Turk and Madison, of Toccoa; CJ Turk and Dylan Martin, of Mt. Airy; daughter-in-law, Angie Turk, of Cornelia; great-granddaughter, Nora Turk. Funeral Services will held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Mr. David Ayers officiating. Interment will follow in the Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the funeral home prior to the service.
