Brenda Kay Gaddis

Mrs. Gaddis' final place of rest is at Garden of Sunset Hill IV, E-13, Space 4. Brenda Haynie Gaddis, age 61, Alto, died Friday, December 7, 2007 at her residence. Mrs. Gaddis was born in Millen, GA on May 8, 1946 to the late John Mark and Clara Elrod Haynie. She was also preceded in death by her brother Harvey Haynie. Mrs. Gaddis was a member of the B.C. Grant Baptist Church. She was a retired employee with the State Department of Family and Children's Services with 24 ½ years of service. Mrs. Gaddis was the last of her immediate family. Survivors included son and daughter-in-law: Kevin and Theresa Gaddis Demorest; grandchildren: Blake and Bailey Gaddis. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, December 10, 2007 from the B.C. Grant Baptist Church with Rev. Doyle Conley and Rev. Woodrow Hix officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Sunday, December 9, 2007 at the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA.Memorials may be made to the B.C.
