Mrs. Martin's final place of rest is located at Garden of Devotion I, P-8, Space 3. Cathryn "Beth" Medlock Martin, age 55, of Baldwin, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016.Mrs. Martin was born in Demorest, GA on October 28, 1960. She was a member of Alto Baptist Church, and was currently employed with Mt. Vernon Mills with 37 years of loyal and dedicated service. Mrs. Martin enjoyed spending quality time with her grandchildren and loved hunting and fishing. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, William Ralph Medlock and grandmother, Anna Hallford Medlock; and brother, Stacy Medlock. Mrs. Martin is survived by her husband, W. Michael Martin, Sr.; daughter and son-in-law, Dana and Matt Ramey of Clarkesville; step-daughter and spouse, Lori and Rodney Watts of Cornelia; step-son and spouse, Mike and Melanie Martin, Jr. of Cornelia; sisters, Tammy Miller, Terrie Ellerbee, Connie Wilbanks, Angel Wilbanks and Regina Gilbert; brothers, Sammy Medlock, Eddie Medlock, Doug and Sue Medlock and Lewis Wilbanks; grandchildren, Anna Beth Ramey, Jacob Ramey, Aiden Ramey, Madeline Martin, Morgan Martin, Cassidy Watts, Tanner Watts and Chyanne Watts. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 4, 2016 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel in Demorest with Rev. Terry Rice officiating.
