Eloise Dreher

Mrs. Dreher's final place of rest is located at Garden of Yonah 1, I-10, Space 3. Eloise Simmons Dreher, age 90, of Alto, Georgia, went to be with The Lord on Sunday, December 18, 2016 following an extended illness. Mrs. Dreher was born on February 27, 1926 in Cornelia, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Valle Simmons. Mrs. Dreher was a member of Level Grove Baptist Church. She was retired from the State of Georgia Department of Health with 39 years of loyal and dedicated service. Survivors include her husband, Bobby L. Dreher, of Alto; daughter, Cheryl Gibson, of Alto; two grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. She was the last of her immediate family. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Level Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Rice and Rev. Brian James officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. All family and friends should meet at the church by 1:50 p.m.The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia.
