Mr. Crumley's final place of rest is located at Sunset Hill IV, A-7, Space 2. HENRY K. CRUMLEY, age 96, of Cornelia, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Mr. Crumley was born on April 26, 1919 in Banks County, Georgia to the late Charles M. and Annie Mae Crumley. He was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. He was also a retired truck driver from Chatham Transport with 40 years of service. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Hogsed Crumley; brother, Robert L. Crumley; and sister, Ulmer Dorsey. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Kenn and Juanita Crumley, of Alto; Glenn and Gwen Crumley, of Cornelia; grandchildren, Shane Crumley, Melaina (Muffy) Medlin, Brandon Crumley; great grandchildren, Dakota Crumley, Beau Crumley, Gage Medlin, Makena Medlin, Hadleigh Crumley, and Judd Crumley. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00p.m., Friday, May 29, 2015 at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel with Rev. James Harvey officiating. Interment will follow at Yonah Memorial Gardens with Rev. Scott Slaton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m., on Thursday, May 28, 2015. Flowers are accepted or special memorials may be made to Mountain View Baptist Church Building Fund, 269 Mountain View Road, Baldwin, Georgia 30511.
