Mrs. Burrell's final place of rest is located at Garden of Yonah I, D-11, Space 1. LOUISE PASCHAL BURRELL, age 95 of Clarkesville, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, June 25, 2017. Born in Harris County, Georgia on August 24, 1921, she was a daughter of the late William and Estelle Moore Paschal. She was a member of Clarkesville Baptist Church. She had worked at Clarkesville Mill, and after becoming an LPN, worked at Toccoa Clinic and then Woods Hardware. She resided in the Oaks at Scenic View for the last 7 years. She is preceded in death by her husband G.C. Burrell, Jr.; two brothers; and one sister. She was the beloved Mother of two children: son, Charles Burrell (Sandra) of Resaca, Georgia; and daughter, Jean Hopkins (W.M.) of San Antonio, Texas. Cherishing her memory are 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a special niece/ caregiver, Gail Cone and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Sunday, July 2, 2017 in the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin and Stewart in Cornelia, Georgia, with Rev. Grady Walden officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at 1:00 pm prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clarkesville Baptist Church.
