Martha Frances Francis

Ms. Francis' final place of rest is located at Garden of Devotion II, L-3, Space 1. Martha “Frances” Davis Francis, age 83, of Lavonia, Georgia, formerly of Habersham County, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Ms. Francis was born on November 6, 1935, in Lula, Georgia, to the late James and Lizzie Davis. She was a veteran of the United States Army and a retired CNA. Ms. Francis attended Victory Baptist Church in Lavonia. Survivors include her daughter, Donna Williams of Lavonia; daughters and sons-in-law: Ginger and Danny Huff of Grayson, Rhonda and Doug Brown of Bowersville, and Barbara and J Hardee of Loganville; sister, Glenda Howard of Demorest; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 22, 2019, at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, Georgia, with Pastor Randall Dawson officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the funeral hour on Friday at the funeral home.
