Michael Larry Garrish

Mr. Garrish's final place of rest is located at Sunset Hill I, C-15, Sp 4. Michael Larry Garrish, 61, of Hull, Georgia, passed away on March 5, 2023. Born on March 1, 1962, he was the son of Lenora Johnson Craft and the late Johnny Larry Garrish. He was preceded in death by his father, and sister, Lisa Kay Garrish. Michael was born in Ft. Benning, Georgia and raised in Habersham County, Georgia. He was a sales manager at Nakanishi Manufacturing Corporation for twenty years. He was a United States Army veteran and a Freemason. His wit and humor made it such that he never met a stranger nor met a challenge he could not conquer. Survivors include his wife, Johnna Garrish; mother, Lenora Johnson Craft of Colbert, GA; his daughters, Micah Gerard (Jared) of Winder, Ga and Autumn Garrish (Zach) of Hull, GA; sister, Vickie Yearwood of Lakemont, GA. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, East, 4355 Lexington Rd., Athens, GA 30605.
