Mickey O'Neal Robinson

Mr. Robinson's final place of rest is located at Garden of Devotion I, G-3, Space 2 Mickey O'Neal Robinson, age 71, of Alto, GA, left us peacefully on Thursday, January 2, 2020. Mr. Robinson was born in Clarkesville, GA, on June 2, 1948, to the late Earl, Sr. and Willie Mae Dill Robinson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Janet Posey Robinson, and a brother, Larry Robinson. Mr. Robinson was retired from Eagle Industrial with over twenty years of loyal and dedicated service. He was an avid fisherman. Mr. Robinson was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his wife, Mary Robinson, Alto, GA; three daughters, Susan Wilkes, Clayton, GA , Lori Segers, Clarkesville, GA, and Amanda Shook, Jefferson, GA: step-son, Michael O'Connell, Rochester, NY and Sean O'Connell, Woodstock, GA; step-daughter, Jennifer Dacosta , Hopwell; VA, brother, Earl Robinson, Jr. Cornelia, GA; sister, Phyllis Gauthier, Louisville, KY; eighteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 6, 2020, at 2:00 pm from the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA with the Rev. Larry Ryals and Rev. Billy Burrell officiating. Interment will follow in the Yonah Memorial Gardens, Demorest, GA . The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 5, 2020, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
