Mrs. Carlan's final place of rest is at Garden of Remembrance IV, F-16, Space 1. PATRICIA ANN CHURCH CARLAN, age 63, of Clarkesville, GA, died Monday, November 20, 2006 at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Carlan was born on October 8, 1943 in Habersham County, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father Tate Church as well as a sister Nancy Pahl. Mrs. Carlan was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker. Survivors include: her husband, Herman Carlan, Clarkesville, GA; her mother, Esther Bennett Clemmons, Chattanooga, TN; her step-mother, Carolyn Lee, Clarkesville, GA; Brother: Larry Clemmons, Signal Mountain, TN. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 from the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, with Rev. Don Grizzle officiating. Burial will follow in the Yonah Memorial Gardens.
