Pauline Watkins

Ms. Pauline Watkins' final place of rest is at Sunset Hill III, C-14, Space 1. Pauline Barrett Watkins, age 85, of Cornelia, Georgia, died on Monday, February 5, 2007, at BJC Medical Center. Mrs. Watkins was born December 25, 1921 in Banks County, Georgia, to the late Arthur Barrett and Chalcy Jordan Barrett. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband; John Watkins and two brothers; Floyd Barrett, Hansel Barrett. Mrs. Watkins was a member at Level Grove Baptist Church she also retired from Chicopee Mfg. with 34 years of service. Survivors include: one son and daughter in-law; Gerald and Wanda Watkins, of Cornelia GA and one grandchild; Ethan Watkins, of Cornelia GA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2007, at Level Grove Baptist Church, Cornelia GA with Rev. Brian James and Rev. Terry Rice officiating Burial will follow in the Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA from 7:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2007.
