Mr. Lovell's final place of rest is located at Garden of Remembrance III, C-12, Space 2. RONALD "BRUCE" LOVELL, age 71, of Clarkesville, Georgia, formerly of Hiawassee, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the residence following an extended illness. Mr. Lovell was born on September 30, 1943 in Toccoa, Georgia to the late Chester and Murle Elizabeth Keener Lovell. He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Hiawassee, Georgia. Mr. Lovell was retired from Blue Ridge EMC with 30 years of loyal and dedicated service. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Sherri and Derek Gabrels, Demorest, GA; daughter, Tammy Lovell, Mt. Airy, GA; twin sister, Beverly Shirley, Clarkesville, GA; brother, Dale Lovell, Clarkesville, GA; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2014 at Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Powell officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, October 19, 2014.
