Mrs. Sosebee's final place of rest is located at Garden of Devotion II, B-1, Space 3. Funeral services for Ruth O’Kelley Sosebee, age 90, of Clarkesville will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 26, 2018 at Hillside Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow the service in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Friday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Mrs. Sosebee passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018. Born in Candler, North Carolina on May 1, 1927, Mrs. Sosebee was the daughter of the late McKinley and Lillie Medford O’Kelley. Mrs. Sosebee was a homemaker and a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Sosebee is preceded in death by her husband Hugh Sosebee Survivors include daughters Joy Autry of Gainesville and Judith Prince of Greer, South Carolina, daughters and sons in law Linda and Jerry Adams of Demorest and Patsy and Jack Griffin of Young Harris, grandsons Eric Autry, Philip Prince, Tony Adams, and Matt Griffin, five great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
