Mr. King's final place of rest is at Sunset Hill III, A-17, Space 3. WESLEY SCOTT KING, age 40, of Baldwin, GA, died Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at his sister's residence. Mr. King was born on October 18, 1966 in Dekalb County, Georgia to the late Henry Clay, Jr. and Selma Irene Barrett King. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia King and a brother Bradley King. Mr. King attended The Torch. Survivors include: his daughter, Sheena Elaine King, Cornelia, GA; his sisters: Wanda Ayers, Conyers, GA; Janice Morris, Lula, GA; Diane Hogan, Baldwin, GA; Jackie Wallace, McDonough, GA; his brothers: Stanley King, Cumming, GA; Greg King, Commerce, GA. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 8, 2007 from the Whitfield Funeral Home, North Chapel, Demorest, GA with Rev. Darvin Slaton and Rev. Paul Youngblood officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday.
